You were never meant to just be experienced through the eyes of another. You were meant to be experienced by you.

A 2.5 hour online embodiment experience where you'll come back to your senses, reconnect with your body, and awaken the parts of yourself that want to laugh, move, express and play.
Together, we’ll get fucking weird and rediscover what it feels like to be deliciously alive.
Sensuality here isn’t about being sexy - it’s about becoming available to life. To feel, receive and experience the magic that is already moving through you.

When was the last time you savoured the moments that made you feel alive, that had your senses excited, that made you think ‘fuck, I love being in this body’.
When was the last time you danced around your kitchen making weird noises because your body wanted to? Or laughed so hard your stomach hurt? Or sang at the top of your lungs just because.
As women we have been deeply divorced from our SENSEuality, the very thing that helps us make sense of reality.
Touch, enjoyment, movement, breath has all been sexualised and deemed as shameful - when actually, it’s our birthright.
We are born as sensual beings. Before words we depended on our senses to learn and to communicate. Touch was the gateway to belonging, breath was our body relaxing into itself, sound was our expression, movement was our freedom, and slowing down to notice them was a deep act of liberation.

This is for the woman who…
Feels like she's been living in her head - stuck in her thoughts and disconnected from her body
Who is ready to get a little weird again
Who wants to shake, laugh, make noises, move her body, pull silly faces in the mirror and remember that she is allowed to take up space
Is curious about sensuality, and wants to explore it as a way of feeling more alive
Finds herself rushing through life instead of savouring it
Wants to laugh, move, feel, make noise and take up space more freely
Has spent years understanding herself, and is ready to start experiencing herself
Is ready to stop surviving life and start fully participating in it
What we will move through together:
💫 Grounding practices
❤️ Sensory and Somatic practices (to receive life and savour the hell out of being alive)
💃 Movement inspired by Middle Eastern and African dance traditions (we're guna be twerkin 4 peace and gettin gloriously weird)
🪞 Mirror work (witness and express life)
✍️ Journaling
☀️ Sharing and integration

Sensuality belongs to all women - of all backgrounds, shapes, ages, beliefs. It may seem like something outside of yourself, you might think ‘well that’s just not me’ or ‘I don’t like it’ or ‘it’s disgusting’ or ‘I wish I could be in touch with that part of me'.
I’m here to tell you it lives within you, it was never gone. It has simply been covered up by years of expectations, conditioning and learning to disconnect, to stay safe.
When you are deliciously alive in your body you are ungovernable, unfuckwithable. You know how to listen to the inner knowing, you don’t bend to fit the ideas of perfection, you make love to life and it loves you back tenfold.
Sensuality is not sexuality, it is your capacity to receive the magic of life that courses through your body.
This is not:
Learning how to be sexy for someone else
Becoming a “better” version of your body
Performing femininity
Looking graceful or elegant 24/7
This is:
🔥 Being ridiculously alive
🔥 Feeling yourself from the inside out
🔥 Moving because your body wants to
🔥 Remembering pleasure that belongs only to you
Join us and leave with:
A body that feels like somewhere you actually want to live
The ability to find magic in ordinary moments - your morning coffee, sunlight on your skin, music playing in your kitchen
Permission to move, laugh, make questionable noises and take up space without needing approval
A deeper relationship with pleasure, presence and your own aliveness
The knowing that sensuality was never something you had to find - it was something you had to remember
